You know what? I felt the love tonight. I'm ready to work past the pain and grow in faith. Conflict and despair can jump start harmony and dedication and not always lead to decay. Not no, but how. Not who's gonna do it but what can I do. Moving on, looking forward, listening and looking to God. I am overflowing with joy sharing a meal with the brothers and sisters of my church family and am in awe of their talents. You are all a blessing to me!

I couldn't agree more. I always loved the Anais Nin quotation: There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

We're about risk right now... but the best kind of risk.

Yeah, you have to move on from all of that constant bickering and passive-aggressive conflict. It's unproductive and SO does not have to be done that way. The church that I've been hitting every once in a while for the occasional Bible study decided that their organizational structure wasn't suited to taking advantage of all of their strengths. They took a year, explored some options, and voted to change it.

One year and done.
